3-Ply & 5-Ply Fry Pan

The Apollo 3-ply and 5-ply fry pans are constructed with heavy guage 18/10 stainless steel. The pure aluminum core reaches up all sides of the pan, providing superior heat conductivity to cook foods evenly and without scorching.

The 5-ply construction features two interior layers of aluminum cores (the 3-ply is constructed with one layer of aluminim core) for fast and even heat distribution. The pan's interior is made of 18/10 stainless steel to maintain the best food flavor and makes cleanup easier. The exterior is made of magnetic stainless steel to allow the pan to cook on all types of cook tops. Ergonomically designed insulated silicone handle holds heat up to 450F.
