A New and Unique Product
In celebration of his 25th year as a professional and private bartender in Los Angeles,
cocktail specialist, beverage manager, author and magazine columnist Kyle Branche
has produced and narrated his first CD AudioBook. This release for 2006 with a run
time of 65 minutes is the first-ever audiobook on the subject of Spirits and Cocktails.
With a total of 26 individual tracks, the content is designed in two different sections:
Spirits on Disc - an audio narration of each Main Spirit's distillation process and aging,
with 10 Tracks including an Introduction, White Nights - Vodka, The Botanicals - Gin,
For the Love of Cane - Rum, Agave to Vitamin T - Tequila, and so on with Bourbon/
Whiskey, Scotch, Brandy, and Cognac.
Cocktails on Disc - an audio narration of the Top 100 drink recipes made with the eight
main spirits for the Bartender and Home Entertainer to know for easier memorization.
With 14 Tracks including an Introduction, Drinks made with each of the 8 Main Spirits,
as well as Long Island Teas, Wine Cocktails, Champagne Cocktails, Secondary Cocktails
to know, and Trimary Cocktails to know and look up.
Track 25 goes over my Products, my weekly Cocktail Blog, Email contact, and
Industry magazines I write for. Track 26 is a Disclaimer
Kyle Branche is a contributing writer to Sante magazine's Behind the Bar section,
writes a monthly 1-page cocktail column titled Liquid Kitchen with Patterson's
Beverage Journal. He also writes a new Blog, the first-ever weekly Web-based cocktail
column titled Cocktail Hotel - CocktailHotel.Blogspot.com . Kyle is the author of the bar
books Liquid Masters and The Hotel of Naughty Cocktails, and is the producer of Cocktail
Art, the original DVD series of Live and Close-Up classic and specialty drink preparations
& bonus features, which includes the titles Summer Quenchers and The Entertainer.
2007 will see the completion of his new bar book Cocktails of the American West.
