The Cadco DKR-S2 is a Double Cast Iron Heavy Duty Range with two heavy duty cast iron elements: one 7 1/8" diameter (1,000W) and one 6" diameter (650W). The infinite heat control allows the user to set the exact temperature that they are looking to achieve. In the event of spills, the stainless steel housing makes this unit easy to clean. This item is perfect for use in catering applications where an open flame is not allowed.
