We received our order of 10 chafers for a catering event and one of the chafers legs were bent beyond repair. We contacted Bottles-Up and they shipped a new one out the same day. The new one was fine, no damage. The damage looked like it got smashed during shipping. Thank you bottles-up for taking care of the situation in a timley manner.
