You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
When you place an order, it goes through our system incredibly fast!
Provided you've given us a valid email address, you should receive an Order Confirmation within seconds, letting you know we got your order. Within 24 hours, provided you've given us a valid credit card number, your order will be processed into our system. All orders take 24 hours to process and are shipped out the next day. "Overnight" and "Express" orders are shipped out within 24 hours if placed online before 5 PM Est. All "Overnight" and "Express" orders placed online after 5 PM Est will be shipped out the next day after the 24 hour processing time.
To have an order shipped same day you must place your order by phone before 1 PM est.

PO APO & FPO Addresses
These orders are shipped Priority Mail using our standard shipping and handling charges. Certain items indicated with * may not be shippable to PO, APO & FPO addresses. 2-Day Express and 1-Day delivery cannot be shipped to PO, APO and FPO address. Call 724-630-3837 for more information.
International Customers
Bottles-Up is able to ship internationally toall Countries. For shipping charges to any locations, please add items to your "Shopping Cart" and proceed to the shipping section which will show you shipping choices.
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of customs fees - such as taxes and duties - when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses.
Any order shipped within the US and all other countries that is not claimed by the customer will be returned to us. We WILL NOT pay to have the package shipped back to you. This is the sole responsibality of the customer.
Refusal of Package Upon Delivery:
If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your order was to be paid COD or on a purchase order, service will be suspended until that balance is paid.

All orders placed Monday through Friday by 4 p.m. EST will ship the same day, pending payment verification and product availability. (Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.)
All shipping times are based on product availability at the time of purchase.
Split Shipments and Backorders
Bottles-Up will attempt to ship all orders complete from one location in the fewest number of shipping cartons required. When it is not possible to ship your entire order from one location, we will split the order and ship from multiple store locations and/or shipping centers.
Bottles-Up will drop ship equipment and/or supplies directly from our manufacturers to you when the need arises due to an out of stock situation, reduced shipping time, etc. Generally, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number you provided when the order was placed.
On rare occasions there may be an item on backorder or still in-transit to our warehouse from the manufacturer. We will attempt to contact you by phone to explain the situation and offer solutions for your approval.
Delivery Transit Time
Due to our large inventory, we are able to ship most orders within 1-3 business days after receiving it, with approved payment. Products listed as "special order item" will be shipped at the earliest possible date. Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select.
While we will make every effort to provide your order by the desired date, Bottles-Up does not guarantee the timely delivery of any item. To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time for delivery.
All shipments travel during normal business days, which do not include weekends, holidays, and other official days of rest. To estimate when your order will arrive, please use the chart below. This chart is provided for reference only, and is not always reflective of true time frames. Please remember to take into account federal holidays, inclement weather, and other factors beyond our control that may affect the arrival of your order.
